Fair Terms and Conditions
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited

Welcome to NoOrdinaryWedding.com (we refer to ourselves as “No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited”, “No Ordinary Wedding”, “NOWE”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this document).
This document sets out our Terms and Conditions for those who wish to participate in the No Ordinary Wedding Fair as Exhibitors and approved non-exhibitors (sometimes referred to as “venue”, “vendor” or “merchant”, “you” or “your”.
Exhibitor and non-exhibitor bookings are not confirmed until payment is made in full. The fees are non-refundable. Credit and debit card payments will incur a 2.9% fee. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please select the appropriate box on the booking form and we will send you an adjusted invoice.
Booking, confirmation, payment and cancellation
Payment must be made in full. Once payment has been made, your booking is confirmed and your contract begins immediately.
Your contract includes three components: stand, brochure advertising and a subscription to our online directory. As your exhibitor package includes services to be rendered in relation to a specific date or event – that is, the No Ordinary Wedding Fair – all fees are non-refundable. Therefore, where an exhibitor cancels their package after payment has been made, all fees paid will be forfeited.

As your non-exhibitor package includes services to be rendered in relation to a specific date or event – that is, the No Ordinary Wedding Fair – all fees are non-refundable. Therefore, where a non-exhibitor cancels their package after payment has been made, all fees paid will be forfeited.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited has to cancel the event, all fees paid to us in relation to the event will be returned to you. No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited does not accept any responsibility for any damages or costs incurred as a result of cancellation of the event. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance.
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited reserves the right to deny any application that is not in alignment with our brand, does not meet the criteria set out for the Fair, or is not considered appropriate for the event.
The exhibition space can only be used by the business named in this contract. Space cannot be assigned, sub-let or otherwise used either as a whole or in part, without the prior consent in writing to No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited
Each exhibitor will be provided with an appropriately sized space, table and electricity if required (unless otherwise requested). Provided requests are made in advance, we will try to accommodate any preferences and special requirements.
Table coverings are not provided. Please bring your own.
We endeavour to place all exhibitors in requested stand locations. However, due to the nature of the event, we may need to make changes at our discretion. Where changes need to be made, exhibitors will be notified and in all cases, where exhibitors’ space allocations have to be changed, exhibitors will be assigned to an equivalent space.
Most venues will not allow you to hang nails or stick items on the walls although in some cases you will be able to erect a backdrop or board behind your stand.
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited reserves the right to refuse permission to display any or all items which infringe moral or legal obligations, or the rights of a third party
You warrant that all electrical items have been PAT tested, unless less than a year old.
Unless otherwise indicated, the venue does not allow the sale of food or drink (including alcohol). However, food and drink (including alcohol) can be offered as samples.
Exhibitors offering food and/or drink warrant that they have a valid food and hygiene certificate.
Set-up and take -down
You will be provided adequate time to set-up for the event (generally 1-2 hours).
Under no circumstance should the exhibitor remove, dismantle or cease to display from or ‘man’ the stand at any time before the close of the event.
Exhibitors will be provided adequate time for take-down once the event has ended (generally 1 hour).
The exhibitor will dismantle their stand and remove all such display and other material of the exhibitor’s from the property at the close of the exhibition, leaving the space previously occupied by the exhibitor in a clean and tidy condition. The exhibitor will forthwith on demand pay to the organiser such costs as may be incurred in the removal, repair or replacement of the stand, the exhibitor’s property or the property of third parties.
A detailed Exhibitor Information pack will be supplied to exhibitors prior to the show containing a manual, badges, passes and relevant information.
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited has public liability insurance to cover us as a business. However, exhibitors are responsible for their own liability and for ensuring they have adequate insurance coverage.
Every exhibitor accepts liability for all acts or omissions of himself, his employees, volunteers and others acting under its direction, including but not limited to contractors, agents and visitors and undertake to indemnify No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited and keep us indemnified against all liability in respect thereof and against actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses including any legal costs and expenses and any compensations, costs and disbursements paid by No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited on the advise of counsel for compromise or settlement of any such claims.
Notwithstanding the indemnity hereby given, the exhibitor undertakes to arrange third party liability insurance for a minimum sum of £1,000,000.
Under no circumstance with No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited be liable for Exhibitors’ actions, loss, or damage of goods, person or property during the event.
To obtain maximum benefit from the promotion of the event, exhibitors are responsible for sending to No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited all your promotional information requested in a timely fashion.
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited is committed to hosting a successful fair. Therefore, we have put in place a proactive marketing and advertising strategy designed to generate maximum exposure and promotion for the event. However, we regret that we cannot guarantee the number of visitors on the day.
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited will accept no responsibility for loss of earnings due to bad weather, cancellation or poor-attendance.
Photography and filming
No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited will be filming and photographing the event. Exhibitors agree to grant No Ordinary Wedding and Event Company Limited media consent to use the images and footage for promotional and advertising purposes.
By purchasing an exhibitor or non-exhibitor package I warrant that I have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.
